You will find a PC and a video projector in all venues. You may use a CD-rom or a memory stick (USB-pin) to transfer your speech to the PC in the morning before the sessions start or during a break before your speech. If preferred, you may bring your own laptop, but this must be tested with the AV-equipment in advance.
Internet will be available only in the venues nr. 1 and 2, but you will then have to use the PC already installed in the room.
The participants will have access to Internet by wireless network in the Foyer, as well as free use of the PC's installed in the University Library or in a special room, which is only open during lunch hour.
It is important that all speakers finish their presentation in time and that deadlines are kept. The session leader is responsible for time keeping and will show a sign with 10 minutes, 5 minutes and 2 minutes left.We wish you good luck!
